Evelyn has depicted a group of women, shown as 'U' shapes, with their digging sticks and coolamons (food bowls) beside them, as they gather to collect honey ants together.

These honey ants are deep underground, and the women need to go as deep as two metres to extract these tasty morsels. The honey-ant dreaming is associated with the Yuelamu site on Mount Allan Station, and song and ceremony ensures that this story and important food source is maintained for future generations.
